The service team was genuinely friendly.
Our stay was extremely disappointing. We faced constant issues with the WiFi, which was very unreliable throughout our time there. Additionally, the outdoor area was poorly lit at night, which resulted in my daughter falling. After an unsettling experience with food poisoning, we were left questioning the hygiene standards of the meals. Overall, the amenities do not live up to the promised luxury.

The Italian-inspired dishes at Acassa were a game-changer! Those flavors transported me straight to the Mediterranean. Plus, the cliff-top view of the ocean while dining was simply stunning,—it’s a must! The service was also top-notch, making every meal a delightful experience.
Sometimes, you'll be waiting a bit for the buggies unless you're up for a stroll—just a minor hiccup in an otherwise stellar experience. And yes, don't be surprised about the pricier tags. it’s Jumeirah, after all!

The dining experiences were top-notch, especially dinner at Akasa with those incredible sunset views. I was also blown away by the array of healthy breakfast options, which set the perfect tone for my days. Just a heads up, though—it took a bit longer for room service one evening. But honestly, that minor hiccup couldn't dampen my experience! I'd absolutely return without a second thought!

Just had an amazing 3-night stay with my group of friends! We loved the spa and the beautiful outdoor pool. The staff really made us feel special, and the food was delightful. We also enjoyed a visit to a soulful grandstand—great for finding inner balance! Highly recommend this place for a fun getaway!
The only downside was a slight delay in our room service one evening, which was unexpected. We waited a bit longer than usual.
